We are recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our Capri team full time. The successful candidate is trustworthy and positive with the ability to work in a diverse sales environment while maintaining effective organizational leadership. He or she will have a proven ability to build relationships within all levels of an organization as this role is responsible for providing HR advice and consultation to team leaders, team members as well as members of the Leadership team. You will work collaboratively with your HR partner based in Vancouver to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures with an emphasis on selection, recruitment, compensation, employee development and performance management. The HR advisor supports the Capri culture and continuously enables teams to exceed clients expectations. To be successful you will have to be well organized, intrinsically motivated and creative with ways to continuously improve.

You must have five to seven years of professional human resources experience with knowledge of integrating two companies programs and policies. The successful candidate must be a proficient user of Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
